Scale
- Introducer / qualified referral: 5% ex VAT if the sale is completed (qualified contact, without leading the sales process).
- Active STRUB ambassador: up to 10% ex VAT of the amount of equipment sold (qualification, follow-up, support).
- Strategic partner: customized conditions through a partner agreement (depending on volume, territory and network structure).
Commission paid by bank transfer after full client payment has been received and upon receipt of your fee invoice (company registration number required at signature).
Client payment terms: 50% upon order, balance upon receipt.

Do I need to buy stock?
No. STRUB handles manufacturing, delivery, installation and after-sales support.
When do I get paid?
After STRUB has received full payment for the order and upon receipt of your fee invoice. Payment is then made in accordance with the applicable legal payment deadlines.
Can I sell internationally?
EU priority. Territories are defined in the partner agreement and may evolve in coordination with STRUB in order to preserve the quality and consistency of the network.
Do I have exclusivity in my territory?
Territorial exclusivity is not automatic. It may be granted progressively depending on commitment, results and the structuring of the partnership.
Are there any minimum targets or quotas?
No. No volume obligation is imposed. STRUB favors a qualitative and long-term collaboration.
What is the status of a STRUB partner?
The partner operates as an independent professional. Compensation is paid through commissions, based on a fee invoice.
